AT A GLANCE - WHAT’S INCLUDED

Enjoy the ENTIRE ice rink to yourself: Invite up to 300 guests, enjoy our upstairs mezzanine, decorate, cater, and create your own custom event!

  • 3-hour rental on Sunday evenings from 5:00 to 8:00 pm

  • Up to 300 guests (includes admission and skate rentals)

  • Upstairs mezzanine overlooking the rink that seats up to 140 guests

PRICE & PAYMENT

  • Total Cost: $3,600.00 + tax
    50% Deposit: $1,800.00 + tax
    Please note that this price change is effective January 8, 2024.

  • Deposit: Reservations must be made at least 45 days BEFORE your event date. A 50% Deposit is required within one week from the day you call to make your reservation.

  • Remaining balance: The remaining balance is due 30 days BEFORE the event date.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 21 days BEFORE the event will forfeit your deposit.

  • Reservations must be made at least 45 days BEFORE your event date

  • Maximum number of guests is 300, a final head count is required 2 weeks BEFORE your event 
    *Rink Rentals are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please inquire ABOUT availability.

FOOD OPTIONS

  • Our Snack Bar is available during your event! Guests can purchase their own snack bar items throughout your event.

  • Snack Bar menu items can be found HERE.

  • If you would like certain items from our menu available, please let us know and we will do a Partial Set Up.

OTHER

If you cater food into the building, chafing dishes must be placed on plywood boards or some barrier to avoid table damage. (We do not supply the plywood).

Here at Ice Palace Hawaii, we love creating an unforgettable winter experience for you and your guests – any time of the year!

Full facility rink rentals are ideal for larger groups who want the ice to themselves. Custom events are available based on date, availability, and season.
