Adult Hockey League Overview

The Ice Palace Adult Hockey League is a non-contact, non-checking, non-slap shot, ISI Hockey sanctioned league with up to ten teams in three divisions.  The league is designed so all players can have fun while offering participation to the maximum number of players.  The league plays year round, with a Fall/Spring Season, which runs from September thru April and Summer or Divisional Drop In Hockey season. All players must have a signed waiver on file and be current members of the Ice Skating Institute. This membership provides additional liability and medical insurance coverage in case of injury during a game.

Games are Sunday - Thursday nights

  • Each game consists of a 5 minute warm-up
  • Three 20 minutes periods
  •  With 2 minute breaks between each period

Our philosophy is to strive for team parity by evaluating new and returning players, and re-evaluating teams as needed during each season to keep teams balanced. We are a recreational league - no rough, aggressive or dirty play will be tolerated.
